Our Architectural Project Managers are responsible for overseeing small teams to aid in the design, permitting, factory production, and site installation/finishing of our custom modular prefab buildings.
Job Description:
Work directly with clients on Schematic Design of residential projects
Direct site planning and compliance so that projects comply with local zoning, environmental, and safety regulations.
Oversee development on both state and local residential approval drawing sets for modular home production
Oversee development of site construction drawing sets and scope
Oversee coordination with structural and civil engineers.
Oversee communications with local and state building departments.
Coordinate with factory production team to ensure smooth transition of architectural drawings into factory production set.
Maintain positive relationships with clients throughout construction of their home, ensuring that the project meets the client's needs and that clients remain informed of progress and developments.
Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture
Thorough understanding of residential approvals process
Experience with all phases of residential projects – from SD through CA.
Must be highly organized, detail oriented
Revit proficiency required
Comfort interacting with clients is required
Advanced oral and written communications skills
