THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

THE JOB
- Create Revit drawings and models
- Project concepting, image comping and sketching
- Resolve complex design and technical challenges
- Produce Design Development & Construction Documents, including design details
- Conduct zoning, building code and planning research as needed
- Be able to both work independently and collaborate productively with a team
- Communicate clearly – in drawings, in writing and verbally
THE SKILLS
- Professional training or experience with Revit is required
- Strong management and organizational skills for working on multiple projects
- Other helpful skills include:
- Capabilities with Enscape, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in an established firm
- Experience with drafting and construction administration for built projects
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited institution preferred
THE LOCATION
We have a beautiful downtown office on Main Street in Ventura. This full-time position requires you to be in the office four days per week, minimum.
