What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in a Bar Leadership or Bar Management role Strong proficiency with digital inventory control systems Deep knowledge of Tiki cocktails, culture, and history Skilled in craft cocktail techniques and execution Extensive knowledge of distilled spirits, especially rum Experience creating and working with house-made ingredients (syrups, infusions, garnishes, etc.) Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Lead the bar team to deliver an exceptional guest experience Oversee scheduling, and bar prep/operations Train and mentor team members Collaborate with ownership and upper management Work with our marketing and social media team on brand storytelling
