Breakfast and Dinner Line Cooks Wanted
Looking for highly motivated self-starters who can work and excel in a scratch kitchen. We are currently looking for a line cook Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner service.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a line cook
- have and show knife skills
- follow health department procedures and practices
- know how to prep, read recipes and execute, along with working in a timely manner
- Serve Safe card holder
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Skilled in plate presentation
- Meeting and following chef’s standards in the kitchen
- Understands proper cooling and heating procedures
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment
