The Kitchen Prep Cook is responsible for preparing and organizing ingredients and equipment by following provided prep lists and recipes to support the efficient operations of a kitchen. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, organizing supplies, and assisting chefs and other kitchen staff as needed.
A GREAT SECOND JOB FOR SOME SIDE WORK!
Seasonal status. You will only be requested to work based on our booked event schedule, and hours may vary. (Our typical "busy season" is the end of March through October.)
$18-$24 per hour based on experience
