We’re hiring part-time experienced servers and bartenders to join our growing catering team at Ojai Rôtie. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth and advancement in a fun and supportive work environment.
We are looking for folks with:
- Previous restaurant experience (2 years minimum - catering or events experience a plus)
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and ability to follow instructions
- A friendly, positive attitude and strong ability to work as a part of a team
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- An appreciation for delicious food and beverages
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgable about food and beverage service
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, hospitable service to our clients and their guests
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and a smile
- Set up event spaces according to event specifications
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the event
- Bussing, scullery, and event breakdown
- Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain strong menu and beverage knowledge
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
Compensation:
Starts at $25/hr (based on experience)
