The Raven Tavern, purveyors of the finest food, drinks and hospitality, is an exciting concept on the Marina in Oxnard.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated restaurant manager to join our team!
Responsiblities:
-Provide leadership and guidance to all FOH & BOH operations, ensuring excellence in guest service by upholding our philosophy “every guest, every time.”
-Manage shifts - daily decision making, scheduling, and planning while ensuring consistency in the delivery of food and service.
-Motivate employees and utilize leadership skills through ongoing training, development, and follow up.
-Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety, and liquor regulations.
-Oversee all financial and personnel related administrative duties.
Requirements:
-2+ years Management experience in a full service restaurant.
-Extensive knowledge of both Front & Back of House
-Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
-Stable and progressive work history
-Strong work ethic
-ABC RBS Certification
-CA Food Handlers Card
Schedule:
-Weekends Required
-Some Holidays
