Position:
Pacific Teen Treatment is hiring an awake overnight staff to support our team of mental health professionals that strive to provide the highest quality clinical care. PTT is a 6-bed adolescent program, situated in Malibu, in a residential home. Privately owned, PTT’s hands-on management and high-level clinical supervision create a dynamic and supportive environment to help teens and families.
The awake overnight shift is from 11pm-7am. The position's primary focus is to conduct and document 15-minute bed checks on our clients to ensure their safety and well-being. Two overnight staff work each overnight shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, and able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. Previous overnight experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor clients according to the program schedule.
Complete data entry into the medical record as needed.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
Conduct self professionally in areas including dress, language, attitude, and behaviors.
Understand and maintain policies regarding professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and client confidentiality.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation & clean driving record.
Knowledge of emergency care (CPR and First Aid training provided.)
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible and compassionate.
Must provide resume.
