We are currently building a team of Licensed Vocational Nurses for a specific client in Oxnard.
LVN Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and interventions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
May be required to travel up to a 30 mile radius.
Must be willing to do overnights - 11pm-7am.
Licensed Vocations Nurses Qualifications
Current LVN license in the state of California.
6mos to 1yr of LVN experience
Experience with Tracheostomy care and G-Tube feedings is preferred
Ability to provide critical care for patients with complex needs.
