We are an E-commerce automotive parts company seeking a full time shipping warehouse associate.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of shipping experience
- Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, USPS domestic and international shipping methods. Be able to generate shipping labels based on package dimensions, contents and destination.
- Ability to file shipping traces, recalls, claims and follow-up.
- Attention to detail. Quality control/identify packing mistakes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Email and follow-up with customers regarding address issues, order changes, shipping issues, back orders and status of order. Communicate with courier regarding shipping issues.
- Must work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills.
- General computer skills including Windows, Google suite including web based email and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Shipstation, Shopify and automotive parts a plus.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
