Job Title: Full-Time Supervisor - Commercial Cleaning

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations during both day and night shifts.
Position Overview: As a Full-Time Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of our clients' facilities. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining positive client relationships. The available shift is Monday through Friday 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with flexibility to work additional hours including occasional weekends. The pay rate is $19.00-$27.00 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple shifts (day and night).
Train and mentor cleaning team members on best practices and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Schedule and assign tasks efficiently to optimize productivity.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Supervisor to complete clients’ detail cleaning projects as needed.
Qualifications:
1-3 years janitorial, housekeeping, custodial or restoration field experience.
Hard Surface Floor experience using floor cleaning machines is a plus.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
Flexible availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Authorized to work in the United States.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able to lift 25 lbs.
Valid Drivers license and own transportation.
Must consent to pre-employment screening including drug test, background check and DMV record check if offered the position.
