We’re a small but growing business in Simi Valley specializing in manufacturing high-quality, fun products like beer pong tables, cornhole boards, and other must-have items for any party or get-together. We're on the lookout for a part-time Marketing Manager who can help elevate our Instagram and TikTok presence!
Position: Part-Time Instagram and TikTok Marketing Manager
Location: Simi Valley, CA (some remote work is possible, but in-person collaboration is ideal!)
Hours: 10-15 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok to boost engagement and followers.
Create and post fun, engaging content that aligns with our brand’s vibe and resonates with our target audience.
Monitor trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with our team to brainstorm new product ideas and ways to promote them.
Track and report on social media performance metrics, optimizing as needed.
Requirements:
Experience managing social media accounts (specifically Instagram and TikTok).
Creative and able to bring fresh, engaging ideas to the table.
Knowledge of social media analytics and growth strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with our product niche or similar industries is a plus.
