Quality Control Line Inspector 2nd shift

QC Line Inspector 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm Monday - Friday Pay $20-23 DOE Position SummaryAs part of the quality team, the Line Inspector performs independent functions to verify products conform to specifications, monitors processes, provides support to Operations and quality policies, procedures and programs.Job DutiesLine Inspector's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:Perform inspections and monitor in-process goods including final product inspection.Monitor line clearance and set-up.Verify equipment cleaning per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Issue and apply release stickers on approved finished goods and document necessary information.Manage finished goods retains and submission of samples to customer.Prepare and submit samples to a 3rd party laboratory and follow-up on results.Maintain an awareness of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), good housekeeping and safety in the laboratory.Communicate any discrepancies and OOS's with Director of Quality, assist and/or issue OOS investigations, deviations and issue non-conformance material reports (NCMR) per established SOP.Maintain record of temperature and humidity charts in production area.Maintain records/documentation in accordance with internal procedures.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in Quality.
