We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for a finish carpentry company. The main purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to compile bids and proposals for multiple upcoming jobs. The Administrative Assistant will communicate daily with the Project Coordinator and Project Managers, to ensure accuracy and correctness of the preparation of the proposal. Organization is a key function for this position and must be considered when applying. Our Team uses Google Drive and Excel to create our Proposals. This entry level position has room for growth in the company whether that be as a project coordinator, project engineer or project manager. We are looking for self driven, team oriented people who like to contribute to and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include:
- Create Proposals
Bids
Change Orders
Request for Information
- Communicating with Vendors
Receiving and Comparing Quotes
Establishing Good Relationships
Sending Professional Emails
- Analyze Plans and Specifications to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements
Research discrepancies within the plans
- Maintain required project documentation
- Create and present bids to upper management for review
Qualifications:
Previous knowledge & experience with finish carpentry and construction is highly preferred
Well organized & reliable

Requirements:
Must be able to read blueprints and preform/understand takeoffs
3 Years of Microsoft Office Experience: Excel
High School Diploma (or GED)
