Duties and Responsibilities
Process real estate loan applications and review all required documents
Collect, verify, and organize borrower information (income, assets, credit, title, appraisal, etc.)
Communicate with lenders, title companies, appraisers, and clients to move loans through to closing
Track loan files and ensure compliance with company and lender guidelines
Provide excellent customer service and regular updates to clients and team members
Handle office administrative duties — answering phones, scheduling, organizing files, greeting clients, and maintaining office systems
Work collaboratively with the loan and real estate teamsQualifications
Previous experience in loan processing, escrow, or real estate administration preferred
Strong customer service background
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Computer-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM or loan software experience a plus)
