Job Title: Office Administrator
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our busy Business Consulting & and Real Estate office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency.
Perform light bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, including bill payments and receiving payments.
Handle office correspondence and data entry.
Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary.
Design and maintain filing systems, manage clerical functions.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Greet clients, answer phones, and manage the front office.
Collect payments and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and QuickBooks.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle pressure positively.
