We empower our employees and associates to pursue their career goals by supporting their individual goals and creative ideas, and our mission is to over exceed customer expectations and treat every employee/associate as family.The Processors responsibilities will be to verify and process information for mortgage loan approval by reviewing the loan application file and submitting the completed file to our wholesale partners.Responsibilities:· Review residential loan application file to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment, etc· Prepares loan application submission forms.· Calls specified companies to obtain property abstract, survey, and appraisal.· Submits mortgage loan application file for underwriting approval.· Submits approved mortgage loan file to mortgage loan closer for settlement.· Records data on status of loans, including number of new applications and loans approved, canceled, or denied.· Qualifications and Education Requirements:· High school diploma required as a minimum, college degree a plus.· Basic PC knowledge and skills, basic math ability, basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.· Must be detail oriented and possess solid organizational and time management skills.· Must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure of deadline and time restraints.· Team player and able to work with othersWe are looking forward to hearing from you.
