Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
Manage day-to-day sales operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance tracking
Oversee the customer experience from initial contact to final sale, ensuring satisfaction and compliance
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to develop promotions and optimize vehicle turn
Train new sales associates and provide ongoing support and development
Assist with complex negotiations and close deals as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
In-depth understanding of the car sales process, including financing and compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
