Established Tire Business Seeking Experienced and Effective Tire Sales/Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver superior customer service as the first point of contact for tire customers
Provide thorough and accurate advice to customers seeking tire solutions
Create and manage repair orders
Advise and sell adjacent repairs and services
Provide timely updates to customers throughout the repair process
Follow up on service appointments and maintain ongoing customer relationships
Coordinate professionally with customers, vendors, and technicians
Schedule and confirm customer appointments
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and high-energy work ethic
Efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as a tire salesperson
Minimum 1 year experience as a managing ordering, stocking, and supporting overall tire business operations
Strong automotive knowledge and tire options
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven ability to maintain 5 star customer satisfaction results
Energetic, career-minded, and able to thrive in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to utilize current support software
High school diploma or equivalent
High energy
Positive attitude
Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
Familiarity with computer and texting tools
