QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of Residential Construction is required.
Ability to read and interpret blue prints
Understanding change orders and knowledge of when to create based on job specifications
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to work effectively with all the levels of employees
First Aid and CPR Certified
Knowledge of County and City code ordinances
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversite of construction site and all trades working
Assist in daily scheduling of all trades to guarantee continuous progress towards job completion.
Advises the Project Superintendent of potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties related to assigned trades and scopes of work
Keep project clear, clean and safe working with site laborer
Ensure that workmanship and materials being utilized by various trades are in adherence to the standards set for project.
Work with Superintendent to create change orders in timely manners to ensure that progress on project does not have any downtime due to waiting on paperwork.
Assist with inspections by Engineers and Building and Safety.
Work with Superintendent to advise of current levels of completion for vendor billings and payments.
