Topo Toppers LLC is a camper shell manufacturer in Ventura California. Our campers are minimalist in design, and robust in construction. Currently we are in our fourth year of business and have hundreds of shells on the road. Please have a look at our website before applying. https://www.topotoppers.com/ We continually expand, and are now looking for a new Installation Technician. The position-holder will be responsible
for:
-Completing Q.A. Checks and making notes on checklists,
-Preparing Campers for Installation,
-Installing campers onto customer's pickup trucks,
-Walking Customers through the correct operation and care procedures for their new campers.
A good candidate must be able to:
-Be very skilled in drilling, marking, measuring and sighting
-Take notes and write legibly
-See small details that deviate from standards in process and quality (fastener tightness, hardware sequence etc.)
-Be personable and professional when talking with customers
-Work hard and have a can-do team oriented demeanor
