Atlas Vans, a fast-growing van conversion company in Ventura, California, is hiring skilled mid- to high-level carpenters/woodworkers. We’re seeking mechanically inclined professionals with a solid background in finish carpentry who take pride in delivering high-quality, precise work for custom camper van builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Custom-fit cabinet parts and trim work for camper van conversions with precision and attention to detail
- Perform custom handmade woodworking to enhance unique aspects of van builds, using components produced by our in-house CNC machine
- Safely and proficiently use woodworking tools and equipment, including saws, routers, and sanders
- Collaborate with our team to meet project timelines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Qualifications:
- Mid- to high-level experience in finish carpentry (3–7+ years preferred) with strong references
- Proficiency with woodworking tools and equipment
- Mechanically inclined with a focus on clean, high-quality craftsmanship
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Upbeat, positive attitude and strong team player
Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM at our Ventura location
- Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience
