Deck/Patio Lead Carpenter: Must have experience with concrete footings, band & deck joists, rail posts and baluster.
Able to read blueprints, know fastener spacing (screws & through bolts), ledger fastener placement. Able to make intricate miter cuts, comfortable with stair stingers and knowledge of building codes. Clean and professional demeanor required. $32-$38 DOE.
Cabinet Installer: level/install toe kicks, attache cabinets to wall, scriber fillers, install french cleat, hang upper cabinets.
Must have 5 years of cabinet installation or shop experience, trim cap experience a bonus. $28-$35 DOE
