PAINTER POSITION:
MINIMUM of 4 years experience painting interior/exterior, residential/commercial
MUST HAVE ability to mask, prep (scrape/sand +), cut in, roll / back-roll and spray (airless sprayer), stucco patch
Attention to detail
All hand tools required for painting
Painter(s) are required to have:
Proof of Work Experience with References
Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to climb and working from High ladders
Ability to squat, bend, twist and carry equipment; lift 75 lbs.
Ability to walk on tile roofs my be required
Ability to Speak some English.
Great positive can-do attitude, consistent, and responsible.
Ability to follow instruction and work independently and/or with minimal supervision
Maintaining a safe work environment
Professional appearance (Paint Whites)
Work is mainly in Ventura and Santa Barbra County, but also at times in select areas of Los Angeles County.
