Looking for a reliable person who has a good attitude and can work well with others, doing a variety of skilled maintenance repair work. Tasks include but not limited to drywall patch repair, minor plumbing work, moving materials, light carpentry, minor electrical etc. The right person will have their own basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
Right to drive legally and be able to pass a background check. The right Craftsperson should have their own basic hand tools. Candidates must have their right to work documentation and provide verifiable recent work references.
Must be able to read and write English clearly and communicate concisely.
