Custom Contour Construction is a family-run, general engineering contractor based in Ventura County, CA and operating since 2016. We specialize in the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and natural build environment, and have over 20 years of experience in and outside of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles counties.
We are looking for a full-time experienced and reliable concrete form setter/foreman to join our company. Applicants must be available to start immediately and have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction industry with the ability to set forms for vertical concrete, read blueprints/plans, work independently, and manage a 3 to 5-member crew. The position requires an individual with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Applicants must also have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to move between job sites throughout the day.
The ability to speak and write English fluently is a MUST, and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus.
This position is a full time, non-union, and non-exempt position with an hourly rate between $35-$40/hour dependent upon experience. Wages are paid weekly, and we offer paid sick time.
