Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Lead with well-rounded previous experience in construction. You will be working in the field, reporting back to the project manager on job progress, communicating with clients as needed, and occasionally overseeing lesser skilled tradesmen. We are seeking a candidate who is experienced in construction, organized, and self-motivated.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in construction
- Have experience in Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, Finish Work, Flooring, Cabinetry Installation, Millwork, Door Installation and be able to complete these tasks unsupervised
- Be able to safely use and maintain the following tools: table saw, chop saw, skill saw, pneumatic tools
- Be able to read and interpret plans/blueprints
- Report on job progress with a daily log
- Have a clean and professional demeanor
- Have clear communication skills
- Read and write in English
Compensation:
- Hourly rate $25-$35 DOE
- Sick time
- Simple IRA (after 6 months)
