Our Service Technician will strive to make each customer interaction one that will create long-term, returning customers. This role requires technical knowledge of DC electrical systems (preferably marine based) and strong ability to trouble shoot in the field as well as experience in managing and evaluating priorities.
As our Service Technician you will be responsible for the day to day technical activities of the boat maintenance service department. Duties will include diagnosis and repair of electric boats, spot checking repairs to assure quality of workmanship, and managing assigned work.

Education and Experience:
o High school diploma or GED required, and equivalent experience desired.
o Must have a California driverâs License and a clean driving record and have experience towing trailers.
o Must have ability to accommodate occasional overnight travel in California, Arizona, and Nevada.
o Must be highly self-motivated and take pride in your work.
o Should have personal or professional boating experience.
o Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.
