LDL GENERAL CONTRACTORS, INC., a premiere custom home builder, is seeking a talented and organized Construction Materials Pick-Up and Delivery Driver to join our team in Moorpark, CA. Founded in 1989, LDLGC, Inc. has established an excellent track record for its ability to develop and build first class homes throughout Southern California.
Applicant must have a valid Class C California Driver's License, excellent communication skills, and scheduling/prioritizing abilities. Candidate must be able to handle high pressure environment, be smart phone/iphone proficient and respect celebrity clientele privacy. Moorpark / Simi Valley resident preferred.
About the Job
Create an efficient route to accomplish all assigned daily driving tasks
Pick-up and drop-off materials from vendors to corresponding jobsites
Haul materials from jobsites to designated drop-off areas
Dump construction trash at designated dumpsites
Requirements
Valid Class C California Driver's License
Excellent driving record as per background check
Excellent communication skills with a clear speaking voice
Excellent time management skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Proficiency with an iPad
