Handles escalated issues by working closely with customer service and sales.
Finds solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
Monitors individuals CSRs' performances and provides coaching if necessary.
Works closely with the CSRs' to be sure all practices and sales cultures are being followed.
Works closely with Warehouse Manager to address any shipping/inventory issues.
Resolve escalated issues.
Enforces company standards, policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Proficient with ERP systems and to be willing to become proficient in Syspro.
Learn and implement new software systems, i.e. WMS (Mega Trak), Salesforce, as well as EDI transactions.
Identify and implement process improvement/automation or other streamlining activities.
Delegates work appropriately.
Works to understand manufacturing activities.
Oversees and manages the employees in the Customer Service department.
Inventory workups for Sales Team
Inventory management and monthly reconciliation (work with Warehouse Manager and Accounting)
Look for ways to improve and streamline customer service processes; work with QA and project manager to implement.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Complete additional assigned tasks as needed: hiring, training, payroll, employee relations, etc.
