Now Hiring for Part-Time employment for our Visalia and Tulare Residential Care Homes. Potential for increased hours after 90 days.
I'm Looking For someone with a positive attitude that is trainable. Must be flexible for all shifts, which include weekends, evenings, holidays and NOC Shifts.
Must be able to pass fingerprint/background check, physical exam (must be physically able to transfer and lift residents up to 150lbs) and clear TB test, First Aid and CPR training/certification required (ALL provided and paid for by employer).
Must have a valid CA drivers license, and a clean driving record with at least 5 years experience of licensed driving. Reliable transportation to and from work. Must Display Excellent Communication Skills and Professionalism. Must be able to speak and write in English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Must be available and flexible for mandatory orientation training. Orientation Training is typically scheduled Monday through Friday 10am-6pm. This is paid Training.
