Our client, a leading HVAC company, is searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you're ready to provide exceptional service to customers while diving into the world of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, then this is the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, maintenance requests, and emergency repairs.
Coordinate with service technicians and dispatch teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Troubleshoot customer issues and concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on service experiences.
Requirements
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and terminology is a plus.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and procedures.
