Description Contract to hire role! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist to manage overdue accounts, communicate with customers, and resolve payment issues. This role requires someone who is able to balance customer service with persistence to ensure timely payments and maintain good client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. Contact customers via phone, email, and letters to collect overdue payments. Negotiate payment plans with customers and ensure that agreed-upon terms are met. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to accounts and payment history. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections activities in the company’s database.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to resolve issues and facilitate Requirements
