Description We are offering a short term one day role to help out with an event in Walnut Creek CA! Responsibilities: Assist in the setup and takedown of the event to ensure smooth proceedings. Provide superior customer service by greeting attendees and answering their queries. Support with food setup, ensuring everything is in place and ready for the event. Maintain cleanliness and order during the event by taking out the trash as required. Stand and move around for the entire duration of the event to provide active support. Adhere to the dress code, which requires an all-black attire. Work during the event hours from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Requirements Possess a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service role. Demonstrated skills in providing superior customer service. Experience in location set up. Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints professionally. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred. Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
