Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals Team. I In this role, you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, providing long term project support. Manage all aspects of full cycle accounting for clients, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and month-end/year-end close processes.

Perform bank and account reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

Maintain balance sheet schedules, ledgers, and account reconciliations.

Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Provide insights and analysis on financial performance, variances, and trends.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their unique business needs.

Provide guidance and support to clients on financial matters, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Experience using at least two common accounting ERP software such as Netsuite, Yardi, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, ADP

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
