Description We are searching for a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Covina, California. As a Customer Service Representative, your main role will be to manage inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer records accurately, and handle member services. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently Provide exceptional customer care and member services Accurately process customer credit applications Maintain and update customer credit records meticulously Proficiently use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook for data entry and communication purposes Monitor and manage customer accounts effectively Effectively communicate in Vietnamese when necessary. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role Proven ability in customer service, including skills in detail oriented communication and conflict resolution Experience in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Word, demonstrating the ability to draft and edit documents Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, including managing emails and scheduling appointments Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions Strong multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
