Receiving and Unloading: Unload Shipments: Unload incoming materials, parts, or finished products from trucks or containers safely, using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Inspect Deliveries: Inspect goods for damage or defects upon arrival and report any discrepancies (e.g., missing items, damage) to supervisors or the purchasing department. Verify Shipments: Cross-check delivered items with purchase orders or packing lists to ensure accurate shipments and quantities. 2. Inventory Management: Stocking and Shelving: Organize and store received products in designated warehouse locations based on size, type, or frequency of use, ensuring proper labeling and stock rotation. Inventory Tracking: Update inventory management systems or logs to reflect accurate stock levels. Assist with regular cycle counts and full inventory audits. Maintain Stock: Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors when inventory is low or when reordering is required. 3. Order Fulfillment: Picking Orders: Retrieve items from shelves or bins based on customer orders, picking lists, or sales orders in an accurate and timely manner. Packing Orders: Pack products into boxes or containers, ensuring proper packaging for safe transport and labeling for correct delivery. Prepare Shipments: Ensure orders are ready for shipment, load products onto delivery trucks or coordinate with shipping personnel for timely dispatch.location: West Sacramento, CAsalary: $18.25/hrwork hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PMdress code:Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips.
