Description We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading cabinetry company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, particularly focusing on the delivery and installation of kitchen cabinets. If you have a strong background in project management, a mild construction understanding, and the ability to coordinate complex tasks, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Field Coordination:
Work closely with site superintendents and subcontractors to coordinate on-site activities.
Demonstrate strong planning capabilities to ensure efficient project execution.
Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
Hands-On Supervisory Role:
Be proactive in addressing any gaps in the process and provide hands-on support.
Assist the team when necessary to ensure smooth project progress.
Bid to Project Transition:
Transition from the bidding phase to project management responsibilities.
Understand project plans, cabinetry components, and their integration into the final project.
Technical Execution:
Read blueprints and interpret shop drawings and layouts.
Coordinate the technical execution of project plans, ensuring a smooth transition from 2D to 3D.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between field teams and sales/design teams.
Regularly communicate with on-site superintendents to address project requirements.
Subcontractor Management:
Engage and contract with installing companies and subcontractors.
Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
Provide training on company standards and unique cabinetry features.
Performance Tracking:
Utilize Excel skills (beyond basic) to track project performance.
Manage payroll approvals and pass on billing information.
Quality Assurance:
Guarantee that installed products meet company standards, specifically adhering to Nobila standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues promptly.

Mild construction background with the ability to read blueprints.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Spanish language proficiency is a bonus.
