Pitter Mechanic : $25.00 hour
-Repair, maintenance, assemble, dismantle and rebuilding Pitter machinery.
-Evaluate situations to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
-Troubleshooting equipment failures, diagnose problems, replace and repair, detect and replace defective items, test and make final
adjustments.
-Be ready to do change overs/set ups as quickly as possible to ensure production output
-Readily available for emergency repairs in breakdown situations.
-Complete work orders in a timely manner maintaining high quality standards.
-Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may
restrict the efficiency of production.
-Responsible for reporting unsafe conditions to manager along with and food safety violations.
-Comply with HACCP and GMP protocols for production.

Monday thru Friday 230-11pm
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
MUST BE ABLE TO READ , WRITE, AND SPEAK ENGLISH.
