Description We are in search of an Accounting Assistant to be a part of our team. The role is situated in Boulder, Colorado, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including account reconciliations, document management, and filing.Responsibilities: Reconciliation of accounts using QuickBooks Desktop Pro. Organizing and maintaining files, including cleanup duties. Scanning documents for digital record keeping. Locating and retrieving specific documents related to car registration processes. Utilizing various accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy. Filing of car registration documents.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions Experience with Account Reconciliation Familiarity with Quickbooks Online and QuickBooks Pro Ability to perform Filing tasks effectively Experience with Registration Forms Proficiency in Scanning Documents Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
