Position DescriptionBCycle is looking for an energetic, self-motivated bicycle technician to join the team. This role primarily works in BCycle's Boulder shop repairing and building new BCycles for riders. As employees of Trek Bicycle, an awesome place to work, BCycle team members are eligible for employee product discounts.Technician Responsibilities

Maintaining and building BCycle Electric bikes

Performing bike in-field inspections, repairs, overhauls, and cleaning

Observing bike repair and cosmetic standards set by Lead Technician

Ability to adapt to changing roles

Position Requirements

This is a full-time position

The position does not require a degree, but prior mechanic experience is a plus

Attention to detail is critical

Availability at least one weekend day is required

Must be able to lift 55 lbs. or more regularly throughout the workday

Positive attitude and self-motivation are a requirement to Get Stuff Done

Small team skills and a willingness to have fun while completing the goals are a must!

Schedule will vary depending on the season

Job Description: - RBTs are responsible for providing direct care to clients and implementing behavior intervention plans. - They work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate with other members of the treatment team. - RBTs must have excellent communication skills, as they will be working closely with clients and their families. - They must be able to explain treatment plans and progress to others in a clear and concise manner. - RBTs must have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. - They must be able to implement treatment plans accurately and adjust as needed based on data collected during each session. - It is important for RBTs to maintain a positive attitude when working with clients. - Many individuals with developmental disabilities face challenges that can lead to frustration or difficult behaviors. - RBTs must remain calm and patient in these situations while still providing effective therapy. - Overall, the job of an RBT requires dedication, compassion, and a commitment to helping individuals with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. Required Experience: - At least a year of experience. Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM / 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (40 hours a week including weekends.) Pay rate: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour.
