22nd Century Technologies, a workforce solution company, has an opening for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Boulder, Montana. This is a temporary (3 month) position to start but could be extended.

Job Description:

- RBTs are responsible for providing direct care to clients and implementing behavior intervention plans.

- They work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate with other members of the treatment team.

- RBTs must have excellent communication skills, as they will be working closely with clients and their families.

- They must be able to explain treatment plans and progress to others in a clear and concise manner.

- RBTs must have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.

- They must be able to implement treatment plans accurately and adjust as needed based on data collected during each session.

- It is important for RBTs to maintain a positive attitude when working with clients.

- Many individuals with developmental disabilities face challenges that can lead to frustration or difficult behaviors.

- RBTs must remain calm and patient in these situations while still providing effective therapy.

- Overall, the job of an RBT requires dedication, compassion, and a commitment to helping individuals with developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Required Experience:

- At least a year of experience.

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM / 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (40 hours a week including weekends.)

Pay rate: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour.

Experience and proven results with a retail or customer service establishment. Ability to present and implement decisive and creative solutions to opportunities to grow the business. Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to meet/exceed patient expectations. Foster positive and results-oriented associate and doctor relationships. Attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to manage priorities through adaptability and flexibility. Willingness to take calculated risks. Experience with personal computers preferred. State licensure or certification by a nationally-recognized opticianry association as an optician. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience typically achieved with a minimum of 1-2 years in a retail environment.
