Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program management.

Experience delivering technical solutions, business tools, and systems for software or product implementation.

Experience with data centers, cloud operations, facilities management, engineering, or construction.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience in technical documentation, solution architecture design, integration design, agile, and software deployment processes.

Experience leading software implementation around Construction Systems and Tools.

Experience with industry software tools such as CMMS, Maxima, Infor, SAP, CAD, PDM, PLM, or PMS systems.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lead the delivery, implementation, and business change management of construction-related tools for the global Google Data Center organization.

Maintain existing tools and systems that support Construction-related tools (e.g., stage gates tools, financial tools, P6, scheduling tools, and other workflow tools).

Lead projects that drive integrations between construction-related systems and tools and drive an integrated construction management architecture and roadmap to support the Google Data Center construction life-cycle.

Work cross-department, cross-project, and across the globe to develop and cultivate relationships with SME’s and stakeholders by facilitating workshops to gain an understanding of business needs, priorities, and to get buy-in from the functional units.

Gather and prioritize requirements, manage scope, schedule, and delivery of new tools or enhancements of existing tools.
