Hi there! We are looking for experienced cleaning professionals to join our team. We are a proudly green company, and we value the relationships we have formed with our clients, as well as their families and pets. Our schedules have reached capacity, so we need some extra hands!
Enjoy flexibility and independence as you determine your own hours each month and manage your calendar yourself. Not scheduled for a day? Take it off, no questions asked! The company provides the clients, and you provide excellent service with the materials you chose, as long as they are non-toxic/environmentally friendly. Experience cleaning professionally for clients in their homes is a MUST. While training is not provided, we do have a running list of what our clients generally expect, which is in line with most jobs of this nature.
We are based in Boulder, and we serve clients mostly in, but not limited to, Boulder County. Many of our clients are homeowners, while others are business owners and managers. It's an interesting mix!
Pay is per job rather than hourly. Unless a client has a time expectation and as long as tasks are completed, finishing early is okay.
All applicants are expected to have extensive professional cleaning experience. We run background checks and have a zero tolerance policy for criminal convictions.
Overall, this is an extremely independent, easy to manage job. If the clients are kept happy, you'll quickly develop a loyal following and keep a full schedule.
