Small Contracting Business looking for general/skilled laborer for 1099 Contracted employee.
Ideal candidates will have experience in rough framing, drywall, tile and finished carpentry.
Pay Scale: $15-20 per hour. Starting pay is $15 for part time contractor. After evaluation period, raise and full time hours may be available.
Requirements of the contractor:
Dependable (Schedule has flexibility but must be availability M-F during business hours)
Honest (These are residential clients)
Good communication skills and the ability to take direction. Candidate must be easily trained in scope of work they are not familiar in and be able to work independently after shown processes.
Reliable transportation (Scope of work is within Boulder County)
Customer Service and Acceptable appearance (You will interact with clients at times and must come to work in professional/laborer appearance.)
No drinking or smoking use will be tolerated on site.
Hiring company must hire quality individuals to serve clients. Therefore, candidates must provide references will be required to pass a background/criminal check.
