We are a small commercial property management company looking for a maintenance supervisor. You would be in charge of 2-4 others in the maintenance department. Our properties are primarily in Boulder County but there would be some driving to Aurora, Greeley, and Thornton. This job includes, but is not limited to:
Attending morning meetings to update office on maintenance tasks and receive new ones. Use of an online maintenance system is required.
Instruct the other maintenance staff on a day to day basis about tasks and ensure that they are following through.
Asking the office to order supplies as needed or pick supplies up from hardware stores
Taking care of the equipment (lawnmower, truck, chainsaw, etc.) such as fueling, bringing it for repairs or replacement, general maintenance, etc.
Ensure that safety rules are followed by maintenance staff.
Experience in minor electrical work (changing outlet, new breaker, etc), small HVAC repairs/maintenance, minor interior water line repairs, minor roof leak repairs, painting, drywall, landscaping, small plumbing issues, gutter repairs, and other general property maintenance.
You must have your own reliable vehicle and speak proficient English. You must be able to climb a ladder and steep steps and lift 50 pounds safely.
