Ranch Hand/Ranch Maintenance needed for small private horse barn.
Full time. $18/hour to start. Increase depending on experience and work. Bonus dependent on performance. 5 days/week. Tuesday-Saturday 7am-5:30pm
5 acres, arena, horse barn, etc. 3-4 horses
Live on site after a work trial period.
REQUIRED:
Relevant work references
Horse barn experience
No smoking, no drugs.
Transportation and clean driving record
Operate barn equipment, tractor, etc.
Long term position
Background check
Duties include: Muck, feed, water, stalls, blanket, turnout, drag arena, irrigation, landscaping, weeding, property maintenance, fencing, misc repairs, etc, etc.
