Small, local, residential gardening company looking to hire individuals with gardening experience, either personally or professionally, to provide custom maintenance and care to properties in the greater Boulder area, specifically south of Longmont, east of Gunbarrel.
Education and/or experience would be preferred but a willingness to learn is very important. Since we work at private residences, it is very important that you are professional, friendly and respectful. Owning/using a few of your own favorite hand tools would be a plus.
Work includes weeding, deadheading, pruning, planting and organic plant and soil care.
You should be in reasonable physical shape, able to bend or squat for periods of time, to work at ground level, occasionally lifting/moving bags up to 50 lbs., able to work in the cold as well as the heat.
I prefer to work mornings, 4-6 hrs/day, M-F.
You must have access to your own vehicle for transportation.
This is a temporary/seasonal P/T position, 2-5 days/week, 10-30 hrs/week - March through Sept/Oct, depending on the season. There is the option and flexibility in setting your own schedule but I am looking for a commitment for ease of communication and consistency with clients.
