Tree Nursery in Louisville, CO. looking for motivated, hard working, reliable employees for our Landscaping division.
The job is simple, yet physical. You start at our garden center and load the plants onto the work vehicle. You drive to the customers house and plant accordingly.
-look at the picture with this post to see the general size of trees we plant
-we are required to run a driver history background...no DUI's
-we use mini skid steers to plant our trees if possible
-you will drive our vehicle to the job site daily
-we can offer you work 3 to 5 days a week..you will usually have the weekends off.
Duties include:
Planting Trees and Shrubs on site at customers houses
Driving product safely from our nursery to their home with our vehicles
Moving plants around at our nursery
Running a mini skid steer in a safe and efficient manor
Using hand tools
Unloading product
Nursery work & more
Physical requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee in order to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee frequently will be required to stand, stoop, bend, crouch, balance and use hands. The employee is often required to carry, push, and pull product on racks or pallets. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 65 lbs.
Skills (read this if you want the job):
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a phone.
Must be okay with background check.
Non-smokers only.
Must be able to interact with store personnel and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
We are a small business and rely on our seasonal staff to show up, be prompt, and have a great attitude on the job. We do train for this position, however, previous experience with tools, planting, and physical labor is a big plus.
