Support professional for insurance office

Employee will assist in calling customers for payments, completing customer requests and assisting sales staff.

Requirements:

Exceptional communication, listening and organization skills.

Proactive, confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Proficient in Word and Excel.

Drug test and background check.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include:

Manage and direct incoming calls and customer inquiries.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Assist customers with billing issues, service questions and general client concerns.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and Interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the correct methods/tools.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

Must be a team player and able to work in a small office

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Ability to work independently.

High school degree.

Property and Casualty license or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
